DiSTeK ™ thermo diffusion coating is a new precision batch coating process that was developed in Israel and patented world wide. The process is suitable for manufacturers with coating needs for small to medium sized metal items who desire to minimize cost and environmental impact without sacrificing performance. The zinc alloy coating process is environmentally friendly, eliminating the high cost of compliance with EPA regulations.

Thermo diffusion is superior in corrosion resistance to other commonly used methods and creates a smooth, hard corrosive resistant surface. Salt-spray-tests show corrosion resistance for over 1,500 hours for many different steel and cast iron parts.
